Journal Club
A regular online journal club has been set up by BESS. It is hosted quarterly, by a nominated upper limb unit. Journal Clubs are open to all, free to access and you don’t have to be a BESS member. The full programme and registration links for 2024 can be found via the link below.
BESS-T
The BESS-T (Trainee) Group has been set up to support surgeons and AHPs who are in their early shoulder and elbow career. It gives access to BESS communications and educational initiatives. Click on the link below to find out more.

Mentorship scheme
The BESS AHP mentoring program has been up and running for the last few months. The aim is to provide members with peer-to-peer mentoring and support. Information about the scheme can be found in the Membership Information and Resources section of the website – click below to view.
