The BESS Elevate Course is a focused, high-impact programme designed to support fellows as they transition into consultant practice. Combining expert-led career development with hands-on cadaveric training, this unique two-day course provides the critical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for early consultant life.
Delivered by experienced faculty, the course offers practical insight into consultant roles, leadership, and decision-making, alongside advanced shoulder arthroplasty techniques in a highly supportive learning environment.
With limited places and an emphasis on personalised training, Elevate is an exceptional opportunity to refine both technical and non-technical skills while building valuable professional networks within the BESS community.
